The aim is to examine localization phenomena in vibrationally excited small molecules, state and bond selective chemical reactions, breathers in large extended systems and biomolecules and their spectroscopic signatures. Since the two research communities of small and large molecules have been working rather independently up to now the workshop will give the chance for fruitful discussions and future work planning.
